Datacolor Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

The safety and health of our customers and employees is our top priority. To minimize the spread of the Corona Virus, Datacolor has put in place a range of safety measurements in accordance with local government guidelines. We will update this information as the situation changes.

Manufacturing

Our manufacturing plant in Suzhou, China passed all government inspections in early March and our team is fully operational. Customers can expect delivery within standard lead times.

Sales and support

Our sales and support staff are ready to support our customers, both through remote support and limited in-person support where this is allowed, in line with local governmental rules.
